The Head Chef of Raki restaurant in Megalochori Village, Chris Triantafilopoulos, runs traditional Santorini cuisine cooking classes, daily and upon request, aiming to teach you how to maintain your best Santorini holiday memories and bring them back home.

Tzatziki sauce, Santorini Fava, Ntomatokeftedes (Tomato fried balls), Briam (Vegetables in the oven), Santorini Salad, are just a few of the traditional Greek recipes you will learn to cook, while you enjoy mouthwatering local wine and soft drinks in a cool and relaxing ambience!

At the end of the cooking class, dine at the restaurant, enjoy the amazing dishes you created and feel like a local!

Your Cooking Class experience will continue after you leave, with an album of photos and recipes that will be delivered to your email!

The Cooking Class takes place in a carefully designed corner of Raki restaurant patio in Megalochori Village! The village at itself is a great place to discover the long winemaking tradition of Santorini, surrounded by one of the best vineyard of the island!

There are also numerous Art galleries and pottery labs in a walking distance! Megalochori village could be easily called a fine art and wine village…
